Unfortunately, in the case of the Prime Minister, this his Mars also turns into an efficient evil doer when Virgo rises. One is immediately reminded of the agricultural goddess Persephone's rape at the hand of Hades, god of the Underworld.
This is thus a seriously damaged subtype of the sign of principle Virgo.
